Purpose of the training:
To train float entrants on the art of float building. The goal is to inspire entrants to build successfully illuminated theme-based, self-propelled floats of high quality.

Trainer: Professional float builder/trainer, Claude Brown, of Brown's Design & Display, Inc. from Port Orchard, Washington. He will provide hands-on opportunities to work with equipment and materials as well as give detailed information on building a float from beginning to end. Handouts and other materials will be provided at no cost.
